1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to Germany and selected European destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@Typhonmachinery.store and we will investigate the matter with the carrier on your behalf.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property. If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of checkout. Typhonmachinery is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@Typhonmachinery.store and we will do our best to update the information before dispatch.
8. P.O. Boxes
Delivery to P.O. Box addresses may be possible depending on the shipping carrier. However, delivery times may vary for P.O. Box shipments.
