At Typhonmachinery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and the steps to follow for returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or order number.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team at contact@Typhonmachinery.store with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be covered by Typhonmachinery in approved cases. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with full instructions on how to send the item back.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@Typhonmachinery.store within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In such cases, we will cover all return costs and offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@Typhonmachinery.store and we will investigate the matter for you.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
